Online bookings
Bookings can be made by anyone aged 18+. Confirmation is sent automatically by email after payment.

Payment
We accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Maestro via Stripe. Transactions are SSL and 3D-Secure encrypted.

Modifications and cancellations

Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24h before your booked arrival time.

Late cancellation / no-show
Under 24h or in case of no-show, the booked rate is non-refundable.

Special conditions
In exceptional cases (documented emergency), we offer a 12-month voucher.

Your personal data is processed under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data we collect
Name, email, phone, number plate, billing address, payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe — not stored by us).

Why we use it
Booking and barrier-access processing, direct communication (confirmation, changes), billing, legal compliance.

Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), portability, consent withdrawal. Email dpo@citypark-demo.com.

Retention
Booking data kept 5 years per tax law; marketing data — until unsubscribe.

We use cookies for site functionality and analytics.
