The entrance is at 12 Magheru Boulevard. Follow the "CityPark" signs. At the barrier, your booked plate is recognized automatically and the barrier lifts — no ticket needed.

By public transport
Universitate metro station is a 3-minute walk. Buses on Magheru stop right at the entrance.

From the airport
